Bonded block ndfeb magnets are made from a strong NdFeB material mixed into an epoxy binder. Since the material is formed by crimping, the dimensions usually vary. Our dimensional tolerance is approximately +/- 0.05mm. The bonded neodymium material is isotropic and thus can be magnetized in any direction, including multipole arrangements.
Since the material is in an epoxy binder, Bonded block ndfeb magnets can be machined on a mill or ceramic magnet material. Since bonded neodymium materials are approximately 3 times stronger than ceramic magnet materials, significant size reductions can be achieved.
Furthermore, since the bonded neodymium material is isotropic, Bonded block ndfeb magnets can be magnetized with multiple poles, such as an N-S-N pattern on the outer diameter of the ring.
