Product Description
The large size of bonded arc NdFeb magnets eliminates the need for secondary machining. The surface of the magnet is coated with resin or nickel-plated, which can effectively improve its corrosion resistance, and the thickness of the coating is about 10-25 microns. It has a smooth finish and is available in grey and black. This magnet has been incorporated into numerous end market applications and is used in applications requiring higher performance, smaller size and higher efficiency.
The bonded arc NdFeb magnets are isotropic, so they can be magnetized in any direction, including multipole arrangements. Since this material can be used in epoxy adhesives, it can be machined on mills or ceramic magnet materials.
Application
Due to their excellent magnetic properties and manufacturability, the bonded arc NdFeb magnets are increasingly used in various applications. They are mainly used in rotating components such as computer micromotors, but also in speakers, automotive and industrial applications (dashboard motors and airbag sensors) and various motors and critical components in automotive applications.
