Production Process
Our Y30 ferrite arc magnets are produced by wet-press anisotropic sintering technology to ensure high magnetic orientation and uniform magnetic field. We also support dry-press isotropic production for cost-sensitive projects.
Strict quality control is applied from raw material, pressing, sintering, grinding to magnetization, ensuring stable performance and consistent dimensions.
