Y30 Ferrite Arc Magnets are high-performance anisotropic sintered ceramic permanent magnets manufactured via powder metallurgy and wet-press molding. Featuring stable magnetic properties, excellent heat resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and outstanding cost-effectiveness, Y30 arc ferrite magnets are widely used in permanent magnet DC motors, brushless motors, generators, speakers, and automotive & home appliance drive systems. Our arc segments support precise radial magnetization, uniform magnetic field distribution, and tight dimensional tolerance to match rotor/stator assembly for high-efficiency motor design.

Production Process
Our Y30 ferrite arc magnets are produced by wet-press anisotropic sintering technology to ensure high magnetic orientation and uniform magnetic field. We also support dry-press isotropic production for cost-sensitive projects.
Strict quality control is applied from raw material, pressing, sintering, grinding to magnetization, ensuring stable performance and consistent dimensions.
