Magnetic rollers work under the action of magnetism and mechanical force. The roller is of recirculating design and the diameter of the process vessel is less than 3 mm. Its most important part is the magnetic system, which is uniquely designed for high efficiency. Its magnetic system is an annular chain closed magnetic circuit, the excitation coil is made of copper tube, and the interior is cooled by water. It has the advantages of short magnetic circuit, small magnetic leakage, high magnetic intensity, low energy consumption, good beneficiation effect, simple structure and convenient maintenance.
The magnetic roller is composed of high-quality stainless steel tube and high-B-value rare earth NdFeB alloy. The roller is installed by a special manufacturing method, and together with the conveyor belt, it constitutes a transmission device. When the raw material passes through, the ferrous material and ferromagnetic impurities will be separated by the magnetic roller to ensure the safety of products and equipment.
Application
Magnetic separation rollers are widely used to separate raw materials with different magnetic forces. Magnetic separators are designed to recycle ferromagnetic materials and they are available in a variety of designs and sizes to provide solutions for all applications. In recent years, it has also been increasingly used to purify quartz, feldspar and nephrite.
Working Principle
When the magnetic separator drum is running, the material on the conveyor belt passes under the magnetic separator, and the magnetic elements in the material, especially the iron element, will be adsorbed to the surface of the iron removal belt. Driven by the motor, the iron-cleaning belt moves forward, and under the friction and action of the baffle, the magnetic elements on the iron-cleaning belt are driven to move accordingly. When the magnetic components leave the magnetic field area, due to gravity and inertia, they either fall onto another conveyor belt on the left, which is then transported to the assembly area, or fall into a collection box below the magnets.

Features
1. Magnetic rollers can be produced with cost saving ferrite magnets, also can be produced with powerful rare earth magnets if needed. The maximum magnetic strength can reach 15000Gs.
